- Go to the Help Desk portal and type in your work email address. This action will send a unique login link to your email.
- Go to your inbox and open the email with the subject Secondsight Software Help Desk with a link to the help desk system.
- Click on the link to access the Help Desk and raise the relevant support request needed.
- You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to automatically raise a support ticket. However to sure to include detailed information about the issue you are experiencing.
- You can also attach screenshots of the issue for a quick understanding of a support ticket.
