Accessing our client Help Desk.

  1. Go to the Help Desk portal and type in your work email address. This action will send a unique login link to your email.
  2. Go to your inbox and open the email with the subject Secondsight Software Help Desk with a link to the help desk system.
  3. Click on the link to access the Help Desk and raise the relevant support request needed.
